I Want To Dance Again

http://www.indiana.edu/~kines/img/girl_red.jpg I was reading my high school friend's blog and am glad that she is back to dancing again. And then . . .

I want to get back to dancing too.
And that is if the time allows me to.

Don't look at me like that. Micky is a good dancer except that she is the lazy type. Haha . . .

Random

  • I woke up early just to say goodbye to Miho. Wonder when will I meet her again.
  • Finally peaceful morning sleep is arriving. Damn tired now.
  • Currently playing 2 games on Facebook.
  • Leaving for Genting next week and I have yet to pack the bag and change some RM money. Sigh . . .
  • 6 more days to medical appointment to get rid of the cast. Hopefully it's for good.
  • Going to Holland Village tomorrow. Can't wait, quite excited about it.
  • The mother-in-law might be going to Genting the same day as us. The thought of it makes me trembles.
  • The stupid laptop still doesn't want to read my memory card. =(
  • I'm hungry now.

Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

http://www.dezinerfolio.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/iceage3poster.JPG I watched the Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs last Saturday in 3D at AMK Hub.

Although I didn't watch the first two of the Ice Age movie, but I would say I quite like the movie. I watched it in 3D as everyone should know by now. But apparently, I didn't like it when I am watching the movie and there's kids voices almost everywhere. There's even phone ringing. How sickening can this be? They should know that they have to be quiet in the cinema isn't it?

Well anyway, the starting of the movie was alright. Then came the mammoth and his friend running and screaming that "it is coming". But then it is the false alarm. If you are asking me which part of the movie was my favourite, I would say it is the part where the 3 baby dinosaurs were born.

I also quite like the part where the mammoth and his friends made their way to the dinosaurs land to find their friend. The journey was hilarious.

"Welcome to my world"

Woots~
I like the ending. I like the movie.
And I won't say much about it in case some of you have not watched it yet. If you ask me to rate this movie, I will rate it a 3.5 out of 5. =D
It's worth the movie ticket. =D

Wonderful Outing

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEju_fFhRLpVsmAnEIRvlImRVcRzmPX8nimmwrS3LlrvlgaGQ8o-qO2zDfpVO2zmwLBwlibabqZS9NBWyWSR692pCYld1rUB1ku08VI44FPSjVKQZRSqqPskFO1Ua9dHCuh__Dc2e7gJmHI/s400/Ice+Age+3+Dawn+of+the+Dinosaurs+Mobile+Game.jpg I meet up the wife yesterday for a movie date. A date we had not done for ages. Although yesterday's date wasn't like before, I still enjoyed it. I made my way up to the cinema with crutches without stopping for a break. Normally I would get quite tired just moving for a few distance, but not yesterday.

Catched the movie Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs in 3D. We had to wear this 3D glasses and it was so fun. When you took off the 3D glasses and look at the screen, you'll see a blur image. But when you wear it on, you can see it clearly with depth and effects. Brilliant isn't it?

Haha.
It's my first time watching a movie in 3D so I am quite fascinated by the things.
After the movie, I waited for the wife at the bus interchange while she made her way down to Serangoon North to get the NPF cage our friend wanted.

We headed off towards Vivo City via train. And man, I am beginning to feel the 'sour-ness' on both my arms. But nevertheless I continued moving with the crutches as I don't want the wife to stop and worry about me after that.

I can say I am training my stamina just by using crutches. By the day when I can remove this cast and walked normally, I wonder how will I look like. The wife says the leg will be one big and one small. How true.

So now my right leg is developing the muscles that the left leg couldn't. And the arms are beginning to develop the muscles too.

Dinner was great yesterday. =D
So was the sushi brunch. =D

Things That I've Learnt

Well now that everyone knows I had a fractured foot and it's in a cast now. But still I went out today, to have learn quite a valuable lesson.

Lesson 1: When I reached AMK Hub this morning, I made my way to the lift wanting to go up to the 4th floor, the cinema. I pressed the lift, and the one at the other end opened. I made my way there, to see the door closing on me. Then the passenger that saw didn't even bother to press the button to open the door for someone like me.

Lesson 2: People don't give way to you even though the place is freaking crowded. I have to give way instead because I can't just bang right into them. Hello~ Are they blind? I'm using crutches.

Lesson 3: Bus driver knew that I am using crutches and didn't wait for me to be seated before moving the freaking bus. Oi! I am using CRUTCHES! Damn it.

Lesson 4: Even students doesn't even give way when I am exiting the damn door at Vivo City.

Lesson 5: There are still some kind souls around. Like the couple that I met on the bus. They helped me. =D

Note: I am a Singaporean and I am disgusted to see that people behaving this way to someone like me be it wheelchair bound or using crutches.

Dying Phone

http://www.itechnews.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/06/Sony-Ericsson-W910i-Walkman-Phone.jpg The phone is dying. The cancel button is not working. Then the hang up button died on me. Just yesterday, the calling and option buttong died on me too. So does the one below the calling button.

The phone is dying at a slower pace. People, you might not be able to contact me for some period of time.

I am waiting for September to arrive. I am waiting.

Ever since I started work, I have not stepped into the cinema for quite some time. Now I miss the movie dates the wife and I always had.

Here's the list of movies I want to watch but can't:

  • Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs
  • Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
  • Night at the Museum 2
  • Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince (Coming Soon)
The one is red means it's coming soon. It's not up in theaters yet.

It's July!

People! It's July!
24 more days and I am off for my first trip to Genting.

Yes, I've never been to Genting before thus I am excited about the trip. I am waiting with much anticipation. Although I am not 21 years old yet and can't step foot into the Casino, I am not bothered by it that much. Say No to Gambling!
OK lahx. Is I don't really like gambling. But if my friends or the wife wants to try some luck, it's OK as long as they don't over gamble will do.

On the other note.
To update everyone. My fracture is on the road to recovery. Less swollen and I am able to walk normally with a slight limp. There will be pain occasionally if I walk too much or stand too long. =D
