(Taken before the food arrives) The wife asked me down to her work place to meet her and Jasmine for dinner. We are having dim sum for dinner! Yippee! Xiao Long Bao!OK, since I was very very young, I only had two kinds of dim sum. The siew mai and the ha kao. And I have never eat the others before. And seeing how pitiful I am, the wife promised to bring me to eat dim sum one day and let me have a taste of the xiao long bao.
We ordered quite a many things. After we've finished, I am still hungry so the wife ordered another ha kao and chee chor fun for me with another bowl of bean curd. Yumyum~
I am not good at describing food. But I can say my second round of ha kao, the prawn wasn't fresh. The chee chor fun was delicious. The bean curd was so so, not the kind I like. The one that has red bean was nice. The tofu with floss was delicious too. It not only has the tofu taste, but has the floss' taste too. Both mixing together was nice.
My first time eating xiao long bao. First thought after a bite, why I can't taste the soup? I open a little, and to see the soup has slide over to the other side of the bao. =.=
Will we have a next time in eating dim sum?
