Bicycles

Honey was talking to me about camera today when we're at the bus stop about an hour just now. She said she wants to get all those lens for her Nikon D60. Like the fisheye. She loves gadgets and that she don't mind investing her money in them. But that has to wait.

I told her I like things with wheels. I like skateboard, but I sucks at playing it, afraid that I'd fall and break my arm. So I just kept my skateboard in the storeroom since the age of 15, and only took it out occasionally to play. I had skatescooter, those kinds that are quite popular years back. That time I was young, my friend had one, and I also wanted one. It's quite fun back then playing with my skatescooter, but not now since I'm all grown up. It's been years since I last touch it. I do rollerblade, but mine has spoilt a long time ago. And I've yet to learn how to break. =.=

I don't have a license, so I don't drive a car nor motorbike. What I enjoy most was riding my bicycle. I don't really spend much time in front of my computer when my bike is in good shape. It's been about two years since I last rode on my bike. The peddal has broken into almost half, and that I didn't bother to repair it, because repairing a bike is expensive. And the inner tyre tube has broken down too, and I didn't repair it either. Each tyre cost me at least around $8 years back, I don't know of the price now.

Anyway, I thought of selling my bike away when I had it in good shape, and get myself a new one. I don't mind being like my cousin, get a nice cheap bike, then invest in the spare parts. Where my bike might turn out to be the expensive one.

Honey and I did talk about bicycles just now. I gave her a quite a sad look because my current bike, she complained it's too high for her. And thus I knew this nice little bike won't be accompany me off to my new home in the future.


Honey said, this is the kind of bike for her. And she don't mind me saving up to get myself a bike that I like. So far, there isn't any bike I really like. Previously, I like Mountain Bikes, as in the brand I think. But now, I'm not sure of it.


After much thought, I think I like this kind of bike. It goes well with helmets. I don't mind getting myself a bicycle helmet, but it has to be of the color I like. And Honey, please don't bring me to Toys'R'Us to get a helmet for me. It won't go well with this bike of mine.

But thinking of it now, I guess this kind of bike, Honey would strongly disagree of me having it. Unless I take the necessary precaution of not getting myself into any accident and get myself injured.

Thin tyres is good, because what I've heard is that going up slope is much easier. But that isn't my main motive/purpose of having this kind of bike. To me, it looks nice, and cute. And yes, I like it alot. So hopefully Honey would say OK for me to have this bike.

I don't mind people buying me this kind of bicycle for my 21st birthday. *hint hint* Oh, and with a red helmet to go with. I don't mind those elbow and knee guard. :D
