Woke up in the morning though I'm really tired. It's grandaunt's burial today and that we're all attending it. Dragged the lazy me off out of bed and we're ready to head off to the void deck grandaunt is at. Relatives are there when we reached.
Paid grandaunt my last respect before heading off for a sit with my sister next to my uncle. For these few days, we've been talking about the love grandaunt had shown to us. And we greatly appreciated what she have done. She opened her house to us, keeping at least 3 families in to stay before we find ourselves a new home. She cooked meals for all of us together with grandmother, and that was almost everyday. We reminisce of the times we've had and greatly miss this grandaunt of mine.
The last service for grandaunt started, we sang and we prayed. I didn't shed a tear till the last moment, where we take our last look at her. We cried like there's no tomorrow. Cousins who lived with her broke down, Aunt Pauline comforted all of us. The last good-bye to grandaunt, and we'll never know when we'll meet again.
We followed the bus to the Cemetery. The bus couldn't accommodate all of us, and thus some drives. I could see at least 5 to 6 cars following the bus behind, directly behind. The bus changed lane, and so all the cars did. The bus turned at an angle, and all the cars did. It sort of reminded me of those days where we chased S.H.E, except the cars moving are much slower and following the traffic rules.
Reaching the cemetery, we had our last song together and our last prayer, before grandaunt's coffin was being lowered down into earth. We threw the flower given to pay our last respect before we head off back home.
We greatly will and always would, miss grandaunt a lot. We know we'll meet someday again, up in heaven.
May God Bless us all.
